Delivery Lead Times
Most of our products are ordered directly from our suppliers once your order is placed.
Bed sets and mattresses usually take 5–14 working days, depending on the supplier.
Furniture items can take up to 6 weeks, as many of these pieces are custom made per order.

Delivery Fees - Central Regions
We charge a standard delivery fee of R300 for major hub areas, namely Cape Town and Johannesburg, including their close surrounding areas.
If there are any specific delivery limitations or surcharges within these regions, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
The standard R300 delivery fee will automatically be added at checkout.
Delivery Fees - Outlying Areas
Deliveries outside of Cape Town and Johannesburg hub areas may attract an additional surcharge, depending on your location, the product ordered, and the quantity.
If a surcharge applies, we will communicate this with you after your order has been placed. If you would prefer a delivery quote beforehand, you’re welcome to contact us us online before completing your purchase.
Smaller Items
For smaller items such as pillows, linen, bed wraps and similar accessories, a standard delivery fee of R90 applies within Cape Town and Johannesburg hub areas.
This fee will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. Any additional surcharges for outlying areas will be communicated after your order is placed.

Special Arrangements
Need delivery on a public holiday or after hours? We’ll always try our best to assist.
These arrangements can be discussed with your Sales Consultant and will depend on transporter availability and your location.
Assembly Information:
Most furniture items are delivered flat-packed and will require assembly.
For customers located in central Cape Town or Johannesburg, we may be able to arrange assembly if needed — possibly at an additional fee. This will depend on whether the delivery is handled directly by our warehouse team or via a subcontracted courier.
If assembly is important to you, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm what’s possible for your specific items and location.
Keep in mind
- Deliveries are out of our immediate control as we use outsourced contractors, which can have an impact on delivery dates and times as they schedule their own routes and delivery times.
- We cannot commit to an estimated timeframe as the transport company may get delayed as a result of road accidents, traffic, road works, etc.
- The transporter will be in direct contact with you prior to the delivery.
- After receipt of your order, a sales consultant will keep you up to date with regards to lead times, etc.
